Delivery & Exchanges
SHIPPING:
Orders may be picked up for free at the store located in Berkner Hall by badged employes only.
To deliver your favorite products, we have partnered with the United States Postal Office. Standard ground shipping via the U.S. Postal Service is available to addresses within the Continental United States for a flat rate of $10. Most products will be shipped out within 48 hours of purchase.
EXCHANGES:
BERA offers store credit only. A BERA shop receipt is required for any exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style please contact the store at 631-344-3347 within 20 days of the original purchase and we will be happy to assist you with eligible exchanges. The item must be in its original condition and unworn.
